Wait. For a minute, I really did think my entire life revolved around the previous sentence. We are smack in the middle of state assessments at school this week, and I may not ever dance with such joy as when we finish testing on Friday. It's been an incredibly long, incredibly exhausting several weeks, preparing for the tests, stressing out over them, and then actually giving them. However, it makes me incredibly proud of our kids to hear them look at the person beside them and say "you're gonna do great! just try your hardest, and that's good enough!"

I'm so blessed to work in such a place. I love it!
